Oaktree Dev. with Dinosaur Capital Partners was able to achieve 33% affordable units in highly desirable Newtonville Village Center, with the participation of the city. The 68 unit building is located at 28 Austin St. near public transportation, and walking distance to shops, restaurants and commuter rail. Modular construction reduced the building schedule by several months as well as the amount of neighborhood disturbance making this a very successful project in achieving the goals of affordability and speed.
