High percentage of affordable units achieved with modular construction in Newton

Oaktree Dev. with Dinosaur Capital Partners was able to achieve 33% affordable units in highly desirable Newtonville Village Center, with the participation of the city. The 68 unit building is located at 28 Austin St. near public transportation, and walking distance to shops, restaurants and commuter rail.
