We are proud that our GreenStaxx Passive House Modular Triple Decker was featured as a Phius spotlighted project. Phius is a non-profit organization committed to decarbonizing the built environment by making high-performance passive buildings the mainstream market standard. They train and certify professionals, maintain and update the Phius climate-specific passive building standard, certify and quality assure passive buildings, certify high-performance building products, and research to advance high-performance buildings.
The project, located at 159 Allston St in Cambridge, MA, is a triple-decker built with modular construction, and the boxes were shipped down from Canada from RCM.
